Local organizations will come together on Oct. 15 from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. for the Charlotte Adult Learning Center’s Charlotte County Fall Festival. There will be a meet and greet with Belle from “Beauty and the Beast” and Robin Hood, pumpkin-carving and decoration, a fish fry, crafts, bocce ball, minute-to-win-it games, raffles, ice cream, candy apples, entertainment and book giveaways.
