A 35-year-old Charlotte Court House man was arrested in Buckingham County on Dec. 14 and faces several felony and misdemeanor charges.

Michael Hayer was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute schedule I or II drugs, buying and receiving stolen goods less than $200, driving with a revoked license, carrying a concealed weapon, possession of a firearm by a non-violent felon and failure to surrender revoked license plates.

Hayer has a hearing date set in Buckingham General District Court at 9 a.m. on Jan. 6.
