Mike and Melody Foster, of Charlotte Court House, announce the engagement of their daughter, Megan Foster, to Joshua Williams.

Joshua is the son of Gary and Rose Williams, of Keysville. Megan is the maternal granddaughter of Richard Tuck and the late Jean Carroll Tuck, of Charlotte Court House, and the paternal granddaughter of Nancy Foster and the late David Foster, of Phenix.

Joshua is the maternal grandson of Vitchel and Brenda Cornett, of Campbellsville, Ky., and the late Elinor Cornett, of Front Royal. He is the paternal grandson of the late William Miller Williams and the late Virginia Williams Kenney, of Strasburg. 

Megan is a 2016 graduate of Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Therapeutic Recreation. Megan currently works at Westminster Canterbury in Lynchburg as an activities coordinator.

Joshua is a 2015 graduate of Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice. Joshua currently works at Charlotte County Social Services as a family services specialist.   

A Sept. 16, 2017 wedding is planned at the home of the bride-to-be.
