Area students graduate from LU

Three area residents recently graduated from Longwood University in Farmville.
Among the fall 2016 graduates were Lauren Elizabeth Kunath from Keysville, who was awarded an undergraduate degree in business administration; Austin Arthur Olson from Keysville, who was awarded an undergraduate degree in environmental science and Paul Ryan Jenkins from Meherrin, who was awarded a graduate degree in school librarianship.
According to the press release, Longwood University, a public university of more than 5,000 students, is consistently ranked as one of the top regional public universities in the Southeast and hosted the 2016 U.S. Vice Presidential Debate.
