A Charlotte County jury recently indicted a Charlotte Court House man on two counts of assault on two law enforcement officers.

Eric Snead was arrested May 18 following a May 17 incident involving an alleged assault of a Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office deputy and a Virginia State Police trooper, according a press release from the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office.

No injuries occurred during the alleged physical assault, police said. Snead was indicted on the two charges June 7.
