Robbery suspects arrested

Two Wylliesburg men have been arrested in connection to a reported Aug. 9 robbery at Wilson’s Grocery, located in Wylliesburg.
Tyquann Beattie, 19, was arrested Wednesday and Ke’yon Mosley, 20, was arrested Thursday, according to police.
Both men were charged with robbery, grand larceny and conspiracy to commit robbery.
“When the cashier opened the cash register, the suspects grabbed the cash box and ran,” police said. “No one was injured during the robbery.”
The robbery occurred around 11:15 a.m. last Wednesday.
Police cited in a previous release that the alleged suspects were not armed.
Police said both men are being held in Charlotte County Jail without bond.
