Miss Rita Renee Gaines, age 50, of Brookneal, died on February 14, 2018 in Brookneal. She was the daughter of Mrs. Bertha Elam Gaines and the late Mr. Charles Nathan Gaines.

Funeral services were held on Monday, February 19, 2018 at 1 p.m. at the Chapel of Jeffress Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Brookneal with interment at Aspen Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Brookneal. Arrangements were by Jeffress Funeral Home and Cremation Service of Brookneal.
