Sympathy to all of the families who lost a loved one recently. Our heartfelt prayers and good wishes go out to each home in your time of need. Sympathy to the families of Daryl Bennett of Scuffletown. You all have our deepest sympathy in your time of need.

Thought for the week: You will never be good enough for everyone, but you will always be the best for someone who really cares.

MISTAKES

If you live long enough, you’ll make mistakes. But if you learn from them, you’ll be a better person. It’s how much you handle adversity, not how it affects you. The main thing is never quit.

You can live your life angry, bitter, mad at somebody or even guilty, not letting go of your own mistakes, but you won’t receive the good things God has in store. Forgive yourself for your faults and your mistakes and move on.

Happy Labor Day to everyone. I hope all of you have a wonderful holiday and be safe.
