William Martin Price, age 84, of Phenix, VA passed away on Wednesday, September 19, 2018. He was the son of the late James Cleveland and Virginia St. John Price. He is survived by his sister, Marie Doss; three nephews, John Price, Kyle Price and Eli Price; five nieces, Savanna Wright, Theva Trainor, Deirdre Hall, Leslie Lafoon and Hailey Samford; and numerous other family members.

A funeral service was held at 11 a.m., Saturday, September 22, at Concord Baptist Church with interment in the church cemetery. The family received friends at the church one hour prior to the funeral service.

The Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, served the family.
