A flash flood warning, flood warning and wind advisory remain in effect overnight as Charlotte County grapples with widespread power outages and flooding due to heavy rain and winds from Tropical Storm Michael.
The flash flood warning is expected to lift at 1:45 a.m. Friday, with the wind advisory lasting until 11 a.m. Friday and the flood warning lasting until 9:33 a.m. Saturday.
