On Nov. 14, Randolph-Henry (R-H) High School students were visited by two guest speakers during their enrichment period. Each Tuesday and Thursday, students can opt to receive remediation in a class or participate in enrichment in the auditorium. Magen Powell, the director of operations at Broad Highway Recovery and David Sorenson, a member of the Piedmont Alliance for the Prevention of Substance Abuse, delivered powerful messages to students about the dangers of drug and alcohol addiction. Following the program, students were allowed to thank the guests and ask specific questions.
