Teddy B. Goodrich Jr., 72 of Keysville, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 24, at Lynchburg General Hospital after a short battle with cancer. Teddy was a mechanic working over thirty years at Performance Counts in Farmville. He always loved being around family, especially during the holidays. He is preceded in death by his parents, Teddy and Lizzie Mae Goodrich. Cherishing his memory is his wife, Debbie of almost forty-nine years; two brothers, Tommy (Nancy), Jerry (Meg); three sisters, Brenda Traylor (Zane), Dianne Jackson, Patricia Childress (Terry); and a host of nieces and nephews. A graveside funeral service was held at 11 a.m., Friday, Nov. 27, at Tussekiah Baptist Church Cemetery, Meherrin, VA. The Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, VA was in charge of the arrangements.
