No injuries were reported following a Thanksgiving night car fire on Morris Church Road in Brookneal. According to Red House Volunteer Fire Department Chief Chad Reeves, crews were dispatched to the scene around 10:30 p.m. “When we arrived, the car was off the roadway and all of the passengers were out of the vehicle,” Reeves said. Crews cleared the scene around 11:45 p.m. The cause of the fire was undetermined.
