The Pregnancy Support Center of Southside Virginia celebrated opening its fifth location on Monday, Feb. 6, with a ribbon-cutting and open house for the community. This location will offer no cost services to the Charlotte County community that include: pregnancy testing, peer counseling, material goods, prenatal, infant care and parenting classes. Executive Director Dawn Hicks; Assistant Director Donielle Yoder; Client Services Director Karen Caldwell; Town Council members Daniel Cooper and Anthony Ferranto; Pastor Josh Woodcock; Pastor Matt Homan; Terry and Marianne Haxton; and Dr. Charles Davis were among those present at the open house.
