Blair Trent has announced her candidacy for Charlotte County Commonwealth’s Attorney. When elected into this role, Trent said she plans to serve the community by restoring faith in the justice system and bringing accountability to lawbreakers in Charlotte. As the candidate who resides full-time in Charlotte County, Trent said she understands the challenges and concerns of local residents.
Her impartial approach ensures that justice is served fairly, without political influence or outside agendas. She is committed to protecting and strengthening the community by ensuring safety and fairness for all. With a proven track record, she has never lost a jury trial as a prosecutor, demonstrating the toughness and skill needed to hold criminals accountable.
“Charlotte County deserves a Commonwealth’s Attorney who is truly invested in its future,” Trent said in a statement. “I am asking for the community’s vote on Nov. 4 and look forward to meeting as many of my neighbors as possible in the coming months.
