Shirley Jones Elam, 77 of Fairfax Station, passed away Tuesday, July 8.
Beloved wife of Colonel Otis Jerome Elam (deceased); loving mother to Tonya Elam-King Springer and Jeronica Nicole Elam; cherished grandmother to Christopher Jerome Elam and Austin Curtis King.
