The Bank of Charlotte County recently announced it will have access to additional financial products and services. Some of the additional products will include, but are not limited to, fixed and variable annuities, market-linked CDs, life insurance, long-term care insurance, and advisory accounts. According to the release, “This will further enable our bank to help its clients achieve their individual financial objectives. The bank will be able to better assist clients from all levels, ranging from aggressive to conservative investors.”

Derek Mason, who joined the bank in September 2017, will be the program manager and investment executive for this new venture, which will operate under the name BCC Financial Solutions. Mason has more than 18 years of experience in the insurance and financial service industry. In this role, he will be responsible for delivering customized, needs-based solutions to individuals, business owners and nonprofit organizations.
