A Charlotte County man has been reported missing Tuesday afternoon.

Carl Freeze, 72, was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, light brown khaki pants and blue and white leather sneakers.

According to his daughter Jennifer Freeze Lacks, Carl Freeze may be in the early stages of dementia and could be confused. He was wearing a red rubber bracelet on his left wrist that says “save the vein,” due to a port he has in case of kidney dialysis, Jennifer said. 

Carl Freeze is 5-feet, 2-inches tall and around 160 pounds. He has light brown hair and blue eyes. Carl Freeze is a diabetic and has high blood pressure.
