The American Legion Auxiliary Unit 260 visited the Wayland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center on Dec. 19 to share Christmas presents with the residents. Five veterans live at the Wayland. The Auxiliary also made contributions to Bedford D-Day Memorial, Virginia War Memorial Foundation in Richmond, the Keysville Fire Department, Charlotte County Rescue Squad and Wounded Warriors.
