The Keysville Volunteer Fire Department (KVFD) held a training class with its new ladder fire engine on Tuesday, April 13, at the Heartland Industrial Park in Keysville. With the help of the Town of Keysville, the fire department was able to purchase the used ladder truck from the Christiansburg Fire Department. According to Chief Lynn Duffey, the department hopes to have the ladder truck in service by the end of April. (Photos by Danny Cooper)
