The Charlotte County VFW Post 8902 will be collecting items for the victims of the tornado in Kentucky. Donations will be accepted on Dec. 23 from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. at the new Drakes Branch Fire Station building. Items needed are tooth paste, tooth brushes, toiletry items, adult diapers, etc. No food items or water are needed at this time. Gleaning For The World will deliver these items.
