Mary Louise Robertson Morgan peacefully passed on Oct. 13. Mary was born at “Pineland” on Sept. 2, 1925. She was preceded in death by her parents, C.B. Robertson Jr. and Annie Clay Robertson; her husband, J.K. (Billy) Morgan; brother, C.B. Robertson III and daughter, Pamela Howell.

Mary graduated from Longwood with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. She went on to a lifetime career of being a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. She had a special place in her heart for little children and birds. The only thing more numerous than her bird feeders was her vast assortment of cookie cutters that she lovingly used for her famous sugar cookies. She loved with her whole heart and unconditionally.

Left to forever cherish her memory are her son, Ken Morgan; daughter, Kay Pierantoni (Romano); sister-in-law, Martha Robertson; Sally Morgan; grandchildren, Wendy Lash (Nathan), John Morgan (Amanda), Meredith Anthony (Jake), Kate Morgan (Josh Kaplan), Morgan Howell (Mary), Giancarlo Pierantoni

(Ashley) and Will Morgan (Kelsey); great grandchildren, Reese, Jack, Nolan, Drew, Maddox, Abigail and Emilia; nieces and nephews, Joanne, Clift, Anne Preston, Martha Gregory and Broocks; other extended family and special caregivers over the years.

Mom had a special fondness for flowers but above all she dearly loved her Church. She would have preferred that if you choose to remember her with a gift, it be directed as a donation to Wylliesburg Evangelical Presbyterian Church, P.O. Box 77, Wylliesburg, VA 23976.

Services were at the Wylliesburg Evangelical Presbyterian Church, 508 Jackson Vaughan Road, Wylliesburg, on Saturday, Oct. 15, at 11 a.m.
