On Oct. 15, the Randolph-Henry (R-H) Marching Statesmen competed in the Central North Carolina Band Festival held at Western Alamance High School in Elon, North Carolina. The band finished 2nd in Class A with 2nd in the captions of Drum Major and Music. The band also placed 1st for Percussion. R-H was honored to receive the Ed Harris Memorial Award which is given to the band who demonstrates the highest quality of character and spirit during the entire day’s activities.
