Governor’s School of Southside Virginia (GSSV) students Kate Hamilton and Emily Tharpe taught area students about renewable resources during last week’s GSSV Outreach event. The annual event, put on by the GSSV students at the Keysville campus, taught elementary and middle school students in their division’s Gifted and Talented program various science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) topics through a variety of interactive activities based around the movie Toy Story.
