Rhonda Benn’s Early Childhood Education students have been job shadowing at the STEPS Head Start Program. Following classroom instruction and their work-based experiences students formed groups and created tactile activities to address early literacy and math instruction. Randolph-Henry (R-H) Principal Erin Davis was invited to their classroom for presentations and discussions about their experiences in Head Start. “It is obvious that these teenagers are fired up about working with children,” said Davis.
