Randolph-Henry High School (R-H) will continue the Statesmen Care program thanks to donations from the community.

The school’s main hall restrooms feature a donation shelf for personal care products to be used by students. By placing these items in the restrooms, students can discretely obtain what is needed without the embarrassment of having to ask.

Students will be allowed to take what they need free of charge and with no questions asked. Donations can be dropped off at the school between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday-Friday.

Suggested items: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, deodorant, lotion, toothpaste, toothbrushes, mouthwash, brushes/combs, lip balm, menstruation items, and cleansing wipes. Please no razors or wax.

The school also offers a Statesmen Supply Cart for students who may run out of a needed item during the school day. Basic supplies such as paper, pens, notecards and pencils are free of charge for all students. School supply donations are accepted throughout the year.

DRESS FOR SUCCESS CLOSET

Students who need to prepare for an interview or dress up for a school competition/event will have some options available to them at R-H this year. The school is accepting a few donations of interview appropriate clothing in various sizes. Due to limited staffing and storage, they are not able to accept garbage bags full of clothing. Please keep donations to a few gently used items at a time. Please, no undergarments or soiled items. Suggested items: Gift cards to purchase needed items, ties, white button-down shirts, polos, black suit/blazers, dresses, skirts, blouses, slacks, and dress shoes.
