Dorothy M. (Morton) Garrett, daughter of Edward and Vera Morton, passed on Sept. 9, in Lynchburg. She was predeceased by her two brothers, Donald and Tony; son “Squeekie”, and granddaughter, Christina.

She is survived by her daughter, Cindy, and two sons, Steven and Christopher. She is also survived by her four brothers, two sisters, five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She will be greatly missed.

A memorial service will be held on a later date. Details will be shared once finalized. Dorothy asked that any donations be made to her favorite television pastors, Donnie and Jimmy Swaggart
