St. Andrews Baptist Church, of Cullen, will celebrate its pastor’s, the Rev. Dr. and First Lady Maurice Finney, 23rd anniversary on Sunday at 4 p.m. The preacher for the occasion will be the Rev. Larry L. McElroy, pastor of the Pine Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Creedmoor, N.C. Dinner will be served after service.
