Philbeck’s Community Music House will celebrate its annual Bluegrass Festival Benefit on Saturday from noon-11 p.m. Supper will be served at 5 p.m. Stewmaster for the occasion will be “Heavy Duty.” Barbecue and fixings will also be served, with a minimum $5 donation each for the meal.
