A 21-year-old Keysville man faces arraignment on April 27 for allegedly distributing drugs in Charlotte County.

Christian Tharpe is charged with two counts of sale/distribution of a controlled substance and one count of sale/distribution of marijuana.

According to the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office, Tharpe is being held on $5,000 secured bond in the Charlotte County Jail.

Tharpe will face arraignment in Charlotte General District Court. The arraignment hearing for Tharpe was continued from March 2.

Tharpe was arrested Feb. 23 following an investigation stemming from a traffic accident in the Keysville area, according to police.
