The Chase City-Charlotte County service unit of the Salvation Army will display its red Christmas kettles throughout the area beginning on Nov. 27 and ending Dec. 22.

Donations can be accepted at any kettle location and will benefit the less fortunate in the local community.

The organization is searching for volunteers to ring the bells at each kettle.
