Otis Harrison Lovelace

Mr. Otis Harrison Lovelace, Jr. of Saxe, passed away at Sentara Woodview on Friday, August 28, 2020 at the age of 88. He was born in Charlotte County on March 8, 1932 to the late Otis Harrison Lovelace, Sr. and the late Katherine Eanes Lovelace. He was married to Nancy Jackson Lovelace who survives.
Otis was a retired principal with the Charlotte County Schools Bacon district. He was passionate about his faith and his church. A member of Hebron United Methodist Church, he was a former Sunday school teacher and choir director. He was a loving father and husband, always wanting to help and you could always go to him and talk to him.
In addition to his wife, Nancy, he is survived by sons, Grey Jackson Lovelace of Saxe and Jeffrey Harrison Lovelace of Atlanta, Georgia.
Services will be private, however, the family will have it Live streamed for those who cannot be present.
