Randolph-Henry players make All-Region team

Players from multiple sports teams at Randolph-Henry High made the list for the 2A All-Region squad. This is the cream of the crop, so to speak. The All-Region team is made up of players chosen to represent the highest level of competition

For baseball, Randolph-Henry pitcher Luchas Skelton, first baseman Jayden Gee, third baseman Brayson Arrington and infielder Ben Gibbs all made the first team, with Skelton being chosen as the Player of the Year. Statesmen catcher Daniel “Junior” Powell also was honored, making the second team All-Region.

Several Lady Statesmen softball players were also included in the first and second All-Region teams. On the first team, pitcher Danner Allen, flex player Lacey Steppe and outfielder Summer Jones all made the list. On the second team, second baseman Abigail Dixon and third baseman Ashley Nelson represented the Lady Statesmen.
