Students study Hispanic countries

On Monday, Oct. 25, Randolph-Henry High School Spanish classes were making good use of culinary arts instruction. Ms. Laur Warren’s class made black bean fajitas and yummy churros for dessert. This is a part of a recent cultural study of Hispanic countries. Culinary arts teacher, Chef John Engelhorn, engaged the Spanish II class in the cooking of these two delicious recipes.
