The Charlotte County Sheriff’s office and the Victim Witness Assistance Program sponsored a Sheriff’s Night Out on Tuesday, Aug. 9, at the sheriff’s office in Charlotte Court House.
The event allowed citizens to enjoy an evening of food, fun, and lots of activities for children, all while giving the public a chance to interact with law enforcement in a positive way. “Thanks to everyone that came out and participated in our Sheriff’s Night Out. It was a success, and we are looking forward to next year,” said Sheriff Royal Freeman.
