In celebration of National School Psychology Week, Mrs. Midkiff, Charlotte County Public Schools School Psychologist, and Ms. Williams, William & Mary School Psychology student, presented a career overview about the role of a school psychologist to the Teachers for Tomorrow class. Mrs. Midkiff and Ms. Williams talked to students about the vital work of school psychologists, including the direct support and interventions to students and consultation with teachers, families, and school administrators. Students asked questions regarding steps to become a school psychologist, graduate programs in Virginia, and the job market.
